2. Encourage them to schedule a free vision correction consultation and have them give us your name while at our office.
3. You will receive a $200 Empire Gift Card and your referral will receive a $100 Empire Gift Card after they have their vision correction procedure at Empire Eye and Laser Center. These gift cards can be used at our office, as well as Empire Aesthetic Center.
