Important Program Update
We have been thrilled to offer the Empire loyalty app as a way to reward our most loyal patients for their trust and patronage. It has been exciting to see the many ways our patients have benefitted from this program, and as the first of its kind at our office, we have had many opportunities to learn what works and what we can improve upon.
Unfortunately, there have been a number of technical difficulties with the loyalty app over the past year that have increasingly impacted the user experience. While we have tried our best to resolve these issues with the developer, it has become clear that the app in its current form will not be able to live up to the high standard we have for our patients’ experience. Because of this, we have made the difficult decision to wind down the current Empire Elite Club program with the goal of launching a new and improved loyalty program that embodies the excellent patient experience Empire Aesthetic Center strives to provide our patients.
We understand that this news is disappointing, as it has been for us. Please rest assured that our commitment to an exceptional patient experience remains unchanged, and exciting things are in the works for our new and improved loyalty program. We look forward to sharing more about it as we get closer to the launch, and we thank you for your understanding and continued loyalty to Empire Eye and Laser Center and Empire Aesthetic Center.
When will I stop earning loyalty points?
Beginning on January 1, 2023, Empire Elite Club loyalty points are no longer being awarded.
What will happen to my loyalty points?
You will be able to redeem your loyalty points under the established program rules (100 points = $5 credit / must redeem in increments of $10 / 200 points) until March 31, 2023. Effective April 1, 2023, Empire Elite Club loyalty points will no longer be redeemable.
What will happen to my loyalty status tier & perks?
Beginning on January 1, 2023, you maintained the most recently achieved loyalty tier and you will be able to take advantage of the associated perks through March 31, 2023. Effective April 1, 2023, all Empire Elite Club loyalty tiers and perks will end.
How will I know what my loyalty points balance is?
Unfortunately, due to continuing technical issues in the app, you will not be able to see the correct loyalty points balance on your device. However, our front office team will be happy to check it for you upon request.
Will this affect other loyalty programs, such as Aspire Galderma Rewards?
No, the Empire Elite Club program is completely separate from any other third-party rewards program we participate in. You will be able to continue earning Aspire points and other third-party rewards for as long as those programs continue.
